Can a prostitute be raped?

I used to work with some policemen who stated that a prostitute could NOT be raped. I feel that they can and probably very often do.

What do you think? Can a prostitute be raped?

  • This is one of those questions that people will debate for centuries. I have heard that it isn't possible to make a claim of rape when your business is sex. I have heard people debate that 'off the clock' advances is rape when she said no. I have heard the debate discussing that life style puts the woman in a position of having crappy things happening to her. I think, that no matter what, if a woman says no then no it is. I don't care what you do or wear. No is no.

  • I believe they call that shoplifting. hahaha Yes I know that was bad, but it came to mind. They have mouths don't they? They can say no. Anyone that thinks they can't is probably a rapist.
