I need your ideas!!

Rather than spend hours looking through recipe books, I thought I'd go straight to the source. You moms!! My son needs to come up with a recipe to prepare in front of the class and possibly be able to eat it w/his classmates. I'm looking for something fun and different. Any great ideas out there?! They would be much appreciated!! thank you

  • Fried peanut butter sandwich. Odd, but oddly tasty too---should appeal to kids!

  • He could make the original Chex Party Mix in about 15 minutes as long as no one in his class has a peanut allergy.

  • Now remember there are kids with peanut and egg allergies so you have to think of that.... what is the age group of this class?

  • The assignment didn't specify the amount of time he has to present his recipe and prepare it. They only stated that he please not bring in a toaster and say "Here's how to make toast"  lol. His due date is June 1st so I'll appreciate any feedback!! I love the idea of ants on a log. That was too cute: )
