What browser has the best ad blocker?

im on interet explorer and facebook is like 98% ads. like every other status, theres an ad under it

  • Download the latest Firefox (www.mozilla.com)


    Then go to the Ad-on section (https://addons.mozilla.org/)


    And get Adblock Plus, Webmail Adblocker, TACO with Abine, & Beef TACO.  (TACO = Targeted Ad Cookie Opt-Out.  Stops them from even trying to put cookies on your comp.)


    You'll have to "subscribe" to a list for the Adblocks.  Edit their settings (Tools - Ad-ons - options for each) and choose the EasyList (USA) option.

  • Unless you are using a Mac you will always get pop-ups. Mac uses UNIX as its operating system and there are no viruses or pop-ups written for UNIX. The browser I use is Safari.
