HELP does anyone have any lunch and snack ideas for a toddle who dont eat any process foods and were always on the go to dr visits

I need some ideas I can take wit me like make ahead of time and grab and go

  • Cheerios, apple slices, carrot sticks, goldfish crackers, pretzels. Processed foods have too much salt in them anyhow.

  • Thanks we don't let our kids eat any processed foods just fresh things and also we do our own meat bc we live on a farm

  • Maybe you could try to make homemade fruit leather, I heard it's not hard. then rip it up and put it in baggies. There is a wonderful recipe, and many more in the Book, "Super baby Food", by Ruth Yaron.

  • If you do your own meat, take Jerky with you... it's a super easy way to give the kiddos a protein boost!

  • I carry around carrots, apples, celery, grapes. I also make my own crackers and chips.

  • maybe nuts if there are no allergies, carrot sticks in baggies, make your own trail mix with nuts seeds and sundried fruits?
