I just had a miscarriage and have absolutley no energy how do i get it back?

  • It will take time...give it a few days...did you go to the hospital or drs.? your iron could be low from it as well which can make you tired.

  • How about a multi-vitamin, perhaps an extra iron supplement. If you lost some blood, you really do need someiIron.

  • Be kind to yourself, take it easy for a while, and eat well. Lots of green veges, salads and berries that are high in antioxidants. The psychological trauma is as draining as the physical exhaustion, so give yourself time to recover.

  • Your body needs time to recover, you need rest thats the quickest way to get better properly.

  • Take it easy for awhile---a miscarriage is a major ordeal. Give your body time to heal.
