Early pregnancy hcg levels?

My husband and I have been trying for over two years and we finally found out Friday that I am pregnant. I followed up with my doctor on Monday and she confirmed it in the office by urine and they took two tubes of blood. She called me today and told me my blood test was positive and my results were at 1,401 and I am around 3-4 weeks would be her guess. I know you can't really go by level # cause everyone is diff and some are high some are low and still have a healthy baby. I guess my main question is does this level sound good for 3-4 weeks?

Everyone is different, but I would assume you would get another test done tomorrow to make sure they are doubling.

  • That first number doesnt really matter. Its the follow up 2 or 3 days later. As long as it doubles every 2 or 3 days then all should be well.
