  • Pick a date! Decide who will be your Maid/Matron of Honor, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen? Just make a list of things you should do. Go here to get you started http://weddings.about.com/blchecklist1.htm and go to theknot.com.

  • Congrats. Pick a date for your wedding. Figure out what kind of a wedding you want. Do you want a fancy, low key, back yard, etc wedding? Once you have that figured out then it will help you figure out venues, budgets, and everything else that goes with it. But remember, to always take a break, maybe once a week, and you and your fiance have a no wedding day. Wedding planning is hard and can be exhausting and some times too much for guys to handle. Some sites you can go to to help with the step by step is The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Brides.
