i need advice please!

I know it seems common, but how can I get my daughter not to scream? Whenever anybody touches her (even the hubby)..it is really hard because he gets upset and thinks she doesn't love him and also I can't even go to the bathroom or clean without her screaming because I left the room! Help please!?!?!?

  • Does your baby only stop screaming when YOU are holding her, or is she screaming even then?

  • Well, try putting her in a babysling. Some babies (like my son) detest them sometimes, but when he will comply with being in one, i get tons of stuff done. lol I know how you feel, as soon as my boyfriend holds our son, he makes a pouty face and cries untill i take him back.
Its a phase, i guess, but they'll grow out of it, but untill then, hold her and assure her.

  • I would try a sling, but you also need to get her to be comfortable with other people. I would wear my husband shirt (when I could keep it clean) and he would wear it when I was gone. Babies sense of smell is super strong, so one less thing that's different for her could be very helpful!
