Bake at 350 for about an hour for a pound of ground meat.
For a pound I add an egg, about a slice of bread broken up, some chopped onion, salt, pepper, and catsup or milk- just a couple tablespoons- enough to make the meat all stick together. Place in a loaf pan or like I do in a roasting pan lined with foil. Bake uncovered. Something I am doing tonight that worked well last time is to use a packet of onion soup mix instead of the onion and salt. If you like, you can cover the meat with some catsup.
