This is just one story of the fallout from Campings "prediction" https://rt.com/news/teen-kills-rapture-predicted/ . So should we be joking about it. There are people out there that are taking this to heart. Not just Christians who believe in " The Rapture" but also those who have never really stepped foot in a church or even read the bible, or any true association with Christ's followers and his teachings. I'm not talking about the whacked out fundies that believe everything spoon fed to them, that believe the earth is only a few 1000 years old, that only a precious few are saved or the once saved always saved crowd. I'm talking about the ones who know that all have a chance of salvation at some point. That believe in God's mercy for all, at some point for we don't know the heart of those who are dying at that exact time, and place.
