  • Running 1st...then strength training to supplement and help me be a better runner, then spin and swimming for cross training so I don't injure myself running. Classes I like: Spin, Body pump (weights) Ultimate cardio (like a boot camp type workout)

  • I do my own routine, no classes, did this for many years and never had I seen such results in my body like the ones I get with weight lifting.

  • Aikido, Krav Maga, soon Body combat, and swimming biking and running plus weights.

  • I do my own workout stuff at my house. I have an eliptical and exercise bike. I also walk in the neighborhood.

  • I don't do classes.... I got rid of my gym membership.
    I'm a runner, but I also do Beachbody workouts- P90X, Insanity, and Yoga.

  • I love Bodycombat and BodyPump too! Doing weights is the best way to see any results. I just began doing gentle yoga and its great, especially after you feel sore :) But that ultimate cardio sounds cool too.
