How would you take a funky vintage style, and make it grown up?

I miss the exciting vintage way I used to dress (I'm so boring now), but I don't want to dress like a teenager again...or worse: a wannabe teenager.

Ideas? Pictures?

  • Check into rockabilly - I LOVE that style and it's kinda funky and vintage. (c:

  • What year are you talking? 70's, 80's, 90's?

  • Doesn't really matter to me. I'm 29 if that helps...90's might look like I'm just stuck in the last decade.
