How do you tell someone their cooking is bad

Lately my moms cooking has been terrible, I been throwing the food out but I pretend I'm changing my sons diaper so she won't suspect anything but I feel so bad I don't want to hurt her feelings

  • I agee with liss -- offer to help her. I would NEVER tell my mother her cooking is bad. I even forced myself to suffer through my grandmothers contribution one thanksgiving of marshmellows on crackers with cheese! OMG -- talk about bad! I dont think anyone had seconds, but no-one complained either! You could always leave a cooking magazine laying around or cook together!

  • I don't think I would tell her. Grin and bear it. I would probably offer to bring something I knew I would be able to eat. LOL
