How do I find a rental house?

I have been renting a house and have to move out asap. However, I cant find another rental house. Budget isnt a huge issue, but we want a house not an apartment. We dont want to buy but houses for sale are all that are listed online! How do I quickly find a rental house? (I live in Bangor, Mi if it makes a difference)

  • Local realtors often know of available rentals. Keep checking the local papers, many owners put them in the classifieds. Check with rental agencies they should have lots.

  • A local realtor would be your best option. You could also look at Some areas don't have a lot of rental homes available. You can also check if your local newspaper has their classifieds on-line.

  • Newspapers are great to look for a rental house. Also try real estate companies. Some of them rent out houses.
