  • I read a few recipes online, since I to had never heard of this(lol), seems in most recipes it was just may and relish or mayo and sugar. Once was mayo and balsamic vinegar... So I have come to the conclusion that it is mayo and then after that there are no rules! lol :0) Good luck, they all sounded good from what I read.

  • I make mine with a can of LeSeur tiny peas, cubes of cheddar cheese, a small amount of very finely onion diced, sometimes a hard boiled egg chopped and Duke's Mayonaise, enough to bind...chil for an hour (if you can stand it, lol) and enjoy. You can also use thawed frozen peas, and the taste is very different but excellent just the same!

  • Frozen peas - dump them in a colander to thaw. Chunk up some cheese - usually cheddar. Mix about 1 cup Miracle Whip, about 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1-2 tablespoons milk. Mix with the cheese & thawed peas. Can add a little black pepper & chopped red onion.

  • I love the Miracle Whip, cheddar cheese and a little sugar. I don't usually like frozen peas, but they are good in this dish. Haven't had it in a long time, thanks for reminding me.
