  • protein! have scrambled egg whites with some veggies, whole grain or multigrain toast with all natural peanut butter. or you can do oatmeal with skim milk and honey with a banana or berries.

  • I have scrambled eggs with the yolk because the yolk is what has the most protein and is what keeps you full. To spice it up so I don't get bored I'll put shredded cheese in them one day or ham and I love salsa in my eggs they give them a kick.

  • Eisleysmommy - the yolk isn't the protein, the whites are the proteins. The yolks have a lot of vitamins and nutrients, but have a lot of cholesterol too. That is why all nutritionists and dieticians and personal trainers tell you to make an egg white scramble, leaving one yolk with 2-3 whites.

  • I keep veggies chopped up in my fridge so when I get up, I just throw egg whites (typically 1 egg and more whites) with the veggies and a little cheese (not much but enough)into the pan and a piece of fruit. YUM>
