Give ME your cardio

Whats your favorite cardio routine? or video or whatever. I've lost a good bit of weight and am recovering from a broken ankle. I have an apt with my surgeon today and will most likely be able to take my boot off. So I'll be able to exercise more and want to try something new.

  • I do bodycombat, bodyattack, bodypump... sometimes zumba and yoga. The bike is good for you because you have to be careful with your ankle.

  • I like P90X but it might be too difficult with an injury like you have...
    Zumba is a ton of fun :)

  • Well my Dr let me take my boot off but I am not allowed to do any running jumping or skating for the next 6 weeks. So I may have to do an adjusted cardio of one of these. Thanks for the input ladies any other info would be awesome
