  • Perineum massage! Have your honey stick his fingers inside of you and gently massage in a circular, downward motion. It's kind of uncomfortable at fist, but it gets better the more you do it, and the more you do it, the better! You can also do this yourself, of course. Keagles also help a lot in preparing the perineum from damage.

  • I'm guessing you're talking about perineal massage? There are 2 different stretches you can do...to perform the widening stretch, you place your thumbs deep into the vagina while spreading your legs, then press the tissue down toward the rectum gently until it burns or tingles a little. Hold until it stops burning/tingling, then release. To do the lengthening stretch, you pull the vaginal tissues forward with your thumbs and then perform the widening stretch.
