Any idea how to ease sinus pain during pregnancy?

Other than sudafed which doesn't work.

  • nasel wash, it sounds terrible, but it isn't and it works. I use a netti-pot you can get it at a drug store (it's natural)

  • if its an infection, you probably need an antibiotic. But just plan sinus usually tylenol allergy/sinus is safe, but the OB should have given you a paper with whats acceptable during pregnancy, or call thier nurse line. Rememer tomorrow starts a holiday weekend and they may be out of town ect. better call today. :)

  • Nasal washes work well, and your doctor can also tell you any medications that are safe during pregnancy
