Do you have a menu plan for next week?

I'm just not getting inspired today and I need ideas for my grocery list. Thanks!

  • I get the kroger ad on weds. and I plan my meals around what is on sale. That is how I plan my meals. Plus if days are very hot then I plan things cooler for dinner like sandwichs or tossed salad or coleslaw. If rainy the things like soup or mac and cheese or meatloat, so I also plan with I guess you will say the weather.

  • I do my menus for the week on Friday and go shopping on Saturday. I could tell you this week's menu...though not very exciting

whole chicken, mashed cauiflower, green beans, stuffing (DH wanted "thanksgiving")
    pizza night
marinated steak, baked potatoes, steamed asparagus, carrots, broccoli, pepper mix
    taco salad
    probably calico beans tomorrow

DH picked three of those meals this week, otherwise there'd be more veggies and less carbs :/

  • I don't even have tonight's menu planned.

We tend to buy the same things every week. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, mushrooms, 4 containers of tofu, 6 containers of seitan, flavored yogurts, pasta, beans, cheeses (as needed), milk, cream (if I'm out of butter) and whole milk for making soft cheese. Occasionally we buy fish.
