  • It may sound lame, but and/or music. It uses a different part of your brain. Sometime I just color with my kids and it does wonders. Btw, my teenagers still color, just makes them feel good.

  • usually when I am emotionally stressed I like to eat and than take a nap and than when I wake up I feel very refreshed
