Why do moms say that their child is potty trained but one can see the child is still wearing diapers????????

  • Maybe it's just incase and they dont want to worry about wet clothes. They are just like pull ups IMO, and if he is potty trained except for a few accidents, or out in public... It may just be a percussion

  • ~*Giggles*~... Lazy? I have a second cousin that is my age, her daughter is a year older than my middle son, and was potty trained... but because she was too lazy to stop for a bathroom while out with her so called friends, she'd stick the kid in a diaper

    Others I can only guess want to pretend their child is more advanced than they really are??? IDK

  • In case of an accident? Sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry, depending on the location.
