I've gotta try one of these "rate my meal" posts...

Not going to say which meal, but:

most of a mango
about 1/8 of a honeydew melon
a pile of strawberries - 10 or so
about 4 Tbsp. cool whip to dip the berries in

  • I think you know thats a pretty healthy meal as long as the rest of your day was more balanced with lean protein and some carbs.
