  • try to hold down as much water as you can. i would suggest eating crackers with a bottle of water before you go to bed so that you hvae something besides stomach acid to throw up if that doesnt help talk to your dr soon.

  • It's probably mucus.. you produce more when pregnant. good luck.. crackers should help.. but dunno.

  • That's bile. It hurts because it is the acid from your stomach that helps digest food, there's just no food for it to digest.

I was extremely sick with both DDs, bile was common. It's not dangerous, per say, but if you are so sick you often spill bile, you are likely sick so often you can't even keep down liquids - true? Then there can be a problem with dehydration. Tell your OB.

For the morning bile and sickness: before you go to bed put some saltine crackers and a Gatorade (or whatever drink you know you can keep down) by your bed. Wake up before you have to get up - if you usually keep your alarm across the room, move it next to you. When you wake up, before you even really sit up, eat a cracker. Slowly eat a few crackers and sip some gatorade before you get up. Give yourself about 15 minutes, if you can. You might still get sick, but less likely, and crackers and gatorade is a lot easier on you than bi

  • What may help is to have saltines by your bed side. Even before you sit up grab a cracker. But take small bites. Sip so water no gulping dont use a straw allows you to take in extra air. If that doesnt help call your Nurse or Dr. Also for a quick fire remedy. Squeeze your wrist with your thumb and index finger as hard as you can to keep from throwing up but again. if your not sure call your medical professional. Hope you feel better sweety.
