How do you make?

poached eggs? I don't have any special pans or anything

  • boiled water, crack open the egg and plop it in... boil longer for harder yolk.

  • I was told if you put vinegar in the boiling water first it helps the egg stay together, but honestly, I've never tried poaching an egg!
