  • not hard at all. usually the safest time is first few days after your period, before a new egg has been released by your ovaries. usually by the time you are supposed to get your period, the egg is already been released

  • If you don't release an egg on time, it can postpone your period. Majority of women ovulate 12-16 days before their period but if you ovulate late, you could ovulate just before the time your normal period would come. However, if it didn't get fertilized, it would make your period late.
