I am 17 weeks and just began doing gentle yoga. I workout about 4-5 times a week, but yoga is a new thing. One of my friends told me that there are certain positions that I shouldn't do because it can shift the baby... is this true? I can tell the difference between what hurts and not, and know not to do those, but she said some basic moves are not good. Do you guys know what to do/ not to do?
