What to do with Rhubarb?

I was given a bag of this and i do like it but i have never made anything with it. anyone got some recipes they want to share.

  • Jam - chop into 1/2 inch peices. For every 2 cups rhubarb, use 1 cup sugar. Cook until it's falling apart & boiling. Add 1 Tablespoon pectin per 2 cups rhubarb, continue to boil for a few minutes. Cool, ladle into jars & can or into plastic jars & freeze.
