Do you use coconut oil to bake/cook? What do you make with it?

I bought some to help treat my daughter's eczema topically. After reading more about it, it seems like it seems to be a healthy substitute for butter. Does it taste good? In what foods?

  • I use coconut oil in place of other oils and coconut butter (it is SO yummy) in place of butter for most everything. You're right ... it is so healthy and I definitely have felt a difference since I started using it.

  • I've never heard of it before, but now I"m going to be looking for it to try it out. Glad to hear it's helping with the eczema too! I have a friend who's son has eczema. I'll have to tell her about that.
