I need advice on my 3 month old daughter.

So, my 3 month old daughter only sleeps about 2 hours at a time. I put her down to bed at around 9pm and she wakes up around 8 am. She wakes up about 5 or 6 times between then. She also eats every 2-3 hours durring the day. Am I not feeding her enough, I am BF so I let her nurse until she stops. Am I doing something wrong? Her brother goes to sleep around 9 and wakes up around 8 as well and he only wakes up 2-3 times. I understand that babies are different but is there something more I should be doing? Any advice?

  • Sounds like you are doing fine. Some babies just don't sleep for long periods of time. It should increase a little by the time she's 6 months and starts to take in some solids.

  • it's pretty normal. when my daughter was 3 months old she would wake up every hour or every 2 hours. it will get better soon and she will be sleeping longer. my daughter is now 5 months and she only gets up once maybe twice at night.
