Whats the best excersise to flatten the tummy

i am only 97-100 lbs after having 3 i REAALY want to flatten my tummy and i dont have breast anymore im in a nearly i didnt know there ws a such size. i think i will look better with a flatter tummy and i want to wear a 2 piece swim suit this summer. any advice? thanks i also want to be in better shape for health

  • crunches, sit ups etc...go on-demand (if you have it) find Jillian Michaels workouts...AMAZING!!

  • Nope, that just works the top muscles. Go to and type in Transverse Abdominis exercises.

  • i haven't found the videos for the abdominal section, but the zumba class i used to go to focused on the belly 1/2 of the time. most of the vids i've found are alot of leg work. my bf does that insanity work out and it has done him wonders. i'm thinking about getting into it to try and get rid of the "baby pouch"
