1 Bump

So my daughter will crawl into the kitchen and lick the floor. Is this normal for babies to do?

She does have a full stomach and she always does it either once or twice a day.

  • Sure lol! some babies love licking, sticking things in their mouths and tasting anything
My son wasn't this baby but at the ripe age of 2 he took up window licking - which was great to say while at my mom's house who already thinks he's odd, "honey, stop licking the window ok"

  • Yeah, babies learn with their mouths because they're very sensitive that's why they put everything in their mouths. She may be liking the cold, smooth feeling.

  • Yep, my daughter did it all the time, lol. That is why I bought a Shark steamer mop. I think it just because they are exploring and curious.
