How do you release your anger?

I cry and clean. Cleaning always seems to calm me down.

What makes you feel better?

  • I find crying to be very healing. I always choose to go for a walk to calm down...otherwise, I explode on everyone in my house! lol

  • On the person who caused the anger in the first place then just walk away as soon as they start talking again then go let the rest out in private tears, you know just to clear the red I was seeing not because my feeling were hurt or anything that lol. Not my babies though I can't get angry them.

  • If I'm really pissed off I'll put in my Eminem CD and clean or do something else. If I'm not to the Eminem level I'll leave for an hour and just be by myself, making hubby watch the kids while I'm gone or get into one of my RPG games with the headphones on so I don't hear anyone.
