Question on pregnancy?

I'm 37 weeks & 4 days. I've been having contraction. My stomach is so pressuring and tighten. I feel like vomiting, poop and hungry. Is that a sign for labor? I have to see and wait for 24 hrs to see If my contractions are getting strong.

  • maybe Braxton Hicks..
Generally true labor contractions will get longer in length, closer in frequency and stronger in intensity. A Braxton Hicks contraction might get closer together but not consistently, or they may feel stronger but go away when you move around.
Usually women will notice them by casually brushing their hands against their protruding belly and notice that it has tightened.

  • It could be, make sure while you are timing the contractions to lie back and make sure to drink water. If you are dehydred it can cause pains. Good Luck.

  • you dont wait 24 hours, you time them out.. if they are 8 mins apart call your doctor, if they are 3-4 mins apart its time to check into the hospital. if they arent regular, they are braxton hicks. if you experience dripping from your vagina or a gush call your doctor or if you notice any bleeding (may have lost your plug)
