BTW ,,, for those that answered the "a/c problem" question... Update

I spoke to them and they said that it would be fixed no later than Monday. Even though Mon is a holiday, that they would come out and replace the unit. Supposedly the unit was "popular" and had to be special ordered according to the rental office manager. So hopefully in the a.m. they'll be back to finish the job. Thanks for all of the suggestions. I checked but was told to withhold rent I should have done that at the beginning when the ac went out and it had to be a written notice. But it's okay as long as they have it complete before Monday like they promised. Or Tuesday I will be calling again. Thanks again ladies for the positive suggestions.

  • Good I am glad you will have your A/C back and running. I am still a bit jealous since I just had to go around and close all my dang windows because it is so chilly here. Heck, I am hoping it is warm enough and dry enough to go to the zoo tomorrow!

  • spoke too soon,,,, claimed another broken part and had to order. now it's because they need to figure out how to run the electrical. ugh,,,pissed. supposed to be back tomorrow to figure out the wiring. fingers crossed.
