How to clean diarrah out of a pack and play?

My child took off his diaper and got poop everywhere. I already took out all the bedding and soft toys and am soaking them prior to washing. I had to through out the book. How do I clean the pack and play?

  • use a power washer. that should knock the poop out.

  • take it out side, spray it with your hose.. let the sun dry it...

  • hose it down with the power washer! I had to actually do that once!

  • We don't have a power washer, so dh took our big rugs, floor mats, and pack n play to the car wash and used a bit of laundry soap. Does great! Then we set them all outside, and hung on the line to dry.

  • I would take it outside and hose it down, bleach it, hose it down some more, and let air dry! the above comment about the car wash is a really good idea!

  • Take it outside to rinse it out. Then use a bucket of warm, soapy water with some white vinegar in it. The rinse it out, and use regular soapy water. Then let it sun dry.
