  • i like all the fresh veggies and fruits that you can find in the summer. we try to go to the farmers market every week and buy extra to freeze. i think it is a little easier to eat healthy in the summer, in the winter we tend to eat heavier and do not get out as much

  • In the summer we grow our own vegtables, so it's saves a lot of money and it's very convenient to eat healthier.

  • Definitely summer because a lot of fresh fruit/vegetables and water is consumed. Refreshing :-)

  • Definitely in the summer! I am glad to be having this baby at the kick off of summer so I can try to lose all the weight with the yummy summer foods. It is the first time I haven't given birth in the fall/winter months, and hopefully it will help.

  • Summer. Winter makes me want comfort food, which is not healthy, to say the least.

  • We eat healthier in the summer, when our garden & farmers markets are producing/open. Fresh stuff is too expensive and there just isn't much in the winter here.
