i cant seem to lose my baby weight. does anyone have any good workout ideas

  • you have to eat healthy lots of fruits and veggies , and work out maybe take a stroller walk and gradually go up to some work outs with the baby.... but be consistent with the working out I lost all my baby weight like took me 7 months but I did it .... its hard but you have to be consistent and don't stress on it just go with it like its a daily habit and ritual lol

  • haha thank you. my son will be 2 in 5 days...and i have tried working out and the walking and all of that with no prevail i think it might have something to do with the mirena birth control i have i dont know but i hate looking at my body in the mirror i feel disgusting...
