Ok, it's the official kick off to summer food season....

what do you put in your potato salad?
I make a plain salad with just potatoes, hard boiled eggs and mayo, and my family eats that, I add dill, green olives, onion and relish to my portion

  • I try and use at least 2, hopefully 3 types of potatoes for texture and color awesome-ness (it's a word. I promise) Purple ones are OCCASIONALLY at my farmers market and I'll toss a couple in if I can. Then eggs, mayo, salt, pepper, and I *think* that's about it. My husband is better at those things. He might add some chicken boillion for flavor

  • I really don't make my own potato salad, although I should. I remember my mom putting french dressing in hers
