How many rounds till she stops??????

So bio mom asked to keep ss out of school for a vacation for 2 days then once we said ok it change into 3 days of missing school, uhhg still hubby said ok. ss field trip was cancelled thurs due to rain so he said he didnt want to go with his mom cz it was rescheduled to tues and he really wanted to go hubby told him to call her and tell her after ss got cussed out literally she made him go so she picked him up and he missed fri byt we got a call fri am her car broke down they didnt go ok so he comes home at reg scheduled time u would think nope now she says well he can just miss and hell be home wed as planned uh no u are not making him miss for no reason. i hate this woman y would you keep your son from school for no reason at all and bring him home so he can go to the field trip.

  • I would no longer let him over there if she keeps him out of school over stupid shit. If she takes you to court, let her. Any court would agree with your husband and you. School is important and I dont see any judge getting upset that you guys keep him because she keeps him out of school.

  • You and Hubby will have to make her stop. If it were me there would be no visits that included missing school.

  • I would tell her that if he's not in school Monday then you are filing kidnapping charges, or some other such paperwork.

  • if there is NO COURT ordered visitation, and the FATHER has custody.. Then he has the right to keep the boy away from his mother. Just tell her that you both feel its not in his best intrest to be going with her if he is going to be missing so much school.
