How old is my dd ? OPPPPS

I was wandering how old my dd has to be to start piano lessons. She will be 2 in Sept. is that too little? She is already showing a lot of interest in piano, and I would like to start her young...

Anyone know the age limit?

  • *Most * teachers won't start until 4-6 years. You could always call around or consider a kinder music class where she can mess with rhythm, tempo and play with a lot of instruments.

  • You can start violin at around age 3 and it is a good first instrument. You might want to read about the Suzuki method.
