What do you moms say or do when your kids say "I'm bored"?

  • I find them something that needs to be done around the house so they are not bored anymore. It doesn't get said around here very much. Lol

  • My mom would say "Go clean the bathroom/bedroom/vacuum or something along those lines." .... I'll probably do the same lol

  • LOL. I would roll my eyes and suggest that the clean their rooms or help me clean house,etc. and suddenyly they would not be bored! :-) There is always something to do if you try and they figured that out. I roll my eyes when moms HERE say they are bored too....and they sure do.I don't understand how anyone can be bored?

  • I find them some chores to do. There are always walls that need washing, floors to scrub, yard work to do. It doesn't take them long to get "un-bored".

  • My grandchildren throw that around once in a while, and I just find them something helpful to do. Don't hear it too much any more.

  • Go watch a movie, play the xbox, play ur PSP, play ur DS. Read a book, clean ur room, go play outside, take a nap, play with ur toys.
