    • Shark

    • Swordfish

    • King mackerel

  • The websites I went to said roughly two cans a week of Light tuna, To be safe Id go with one a week, and also that 6 to 7 oz a week of these fish are ok too. Im not a specialist just did alot of googling as I am 5 weeks pregnant:

    Cod, Halibut, Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Tilapia, Red Snapper, Grouper.

    If anyone knows for sure that one or any of the above is more dangerous than what I found I am also Happy to know about it! I like baked fish every now and then but I dont think Id eat enough to get to dangerous levels of Mercury.
