How often does something you cook not turn out?

Usually things I make are edible even if they don't turn out exactly like I thought they would. I can adjust it, or fix it. So I might really botch something once every few months.

Lately, I don't know what's wrong with me! LOL I have flat out ruined several meals and baked things recently!

  • I think it happens to all of us. lol, I say, make the main dishes you are good at and know well and look for ways to perfect them and change them up a bit.

  • It doesn't happen very often anymore, at least to the point I can't fix it to eatable stage.
BUT, it does happen about 5-6 times a year.
