If the United States is in so much debt,where is the Grant money coming from?

I mean the one you don't have to pay back. Why don't they use that mone to pay down the debt?

  • The money is borrowed from places like China. The US is already out of cash for the year. Every penny spent is borrowed from somewhere. This is why so many of us are really freaked out by the spending.

  • It's borrowed more from the Fed than from any foreign government. We can't pay off the debt. Ever. The system is predicated on debt.

  • 40-50 cents of EVERY dollar the fed government uses is BORROWED!!! It doesn't matter if that's grant money, medicare, medicad, Social Security, pay checks for the senators, congressmen, president, etc. The USA is literally bankrupted.
