  • Sure, there is IVF that you can pick and choose anything that you want. God gives us the children we are supposed to have. And it is the husband that determines whether it is a boy or girl. There's different positions and times of sex that they say will give you a boy/girl but that is not guaranteed. You would have to think if you ended up with another girl, would you be happy?

  • I was just talking about this in another post. If you want a son, try having sex on the exact day you ovulate or the day after!

  • I don't think anyone can guarantee you having a boy next time around.

  • attap5.......Where have you heard IVF allows you to choose? I've been through three cycles of IVF and no one ever let on that I had a choice.

  • Adoption - it's the only method that I know that can guarantee you a son.

  • I was just going to say what Dr.Donna said! Adoption is the only way to guarantee a certain gender.
