STEP2 NATURALLY PLAYFUL CLIMBER It retails around 600 new.I found one at a resale shop for $249.00.It is missing the fold down table.I have a 2 yr old and 6 yr old.The 6 yr old is about too tall to stand inside. But i think he would still be happy just crawling in it .He is autistic and mentally younger so its not and issue of him being mentally too old for it. Or LITTLE TIKES TOWN HOUSE.Which i will have to order online new from walmart. And they are getting a trampoline from grandma and swing set from us.

  • I like the first one. The town house is cute but I could see my kids getting bored with it easily, they would play with the climber all day.

  • I say save your money, go find some appliance type boxes and STAND BACK because the kids will have far more fun with them than the STEP 2 or any similar manufactured play structure! When my kids were young, we purchased nearly every Lil Tykes play-on item available(playhouse, castle, ship, etc). They were great fun but not for nearly as long as we anticipated(not even a year!). Later, I bought a new refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer set. The kids immediately claimed the empty heavy weight boxes and used those same ones for years! They loved being able to use flashlights while hiding inside, custom color the walls and actually cut-out windows! Now, when recalling the most fun as kids, they always talk about those beat-up old boxes and never have once mentioned the plastic units!
