Best prenatal vitamin?

Everything I take makes me sick so far.. a few I can keep down but some just come right back up even with the dissolvable zolfran. Which I can't keep taking cause doc says it makes me constipated. Anyone have high morning sickness have advice on which is best to take.. doc says I need to take them 3 months after having her.. I am very close to having her but to suffer for three more months.. UGH.

  • Can't take those.. they weren't doing enough. I became anemic, now have to take iron and potassium cause those weren't doing enough for baby and me.

  • I'm taking a Citra Natal Harmony vitamin. It doesn't make me sick, thankfully. It's a prescription. My doctor said it might be easier on me since it's a gel-cap. It has been. I also take mine at night. That's the time of day I feel bad anyway.

  • I had horrible "morning" sickness (try all day sickness) I had to do the chewable kind. Hey any vitamin is a good choice, has your doctor for samples of a bunch of different kinds and try them all. Put them in a hat and pick one.

  • I'm at the point to where I am doing that.. kids vitamins are not doing the job. I tried the Citra Natal.. and NOPE those are a no as well.. I really wonder about these women that keep suggesting kid vitamins.. do they know they are seriously lacking things that they need.. and depriving baby of things as well.. I guess they figure it's something.. But there has to be a prenatal vitamin that doesn't cause morning sickness.
