  • Yes. Sexual orientation is about which gender you are attracted to, and gender identity is which gender you yourself identify with.

  • Sexual orientation is what gender you are attracted too. Gender identity is what gender you associate yourself with, or what gender you feel you are, which is not always the gender a person is born with.
