W T YUCK!! embarrasing

I have to wear a uniform for work. Black slacks and white shirt.  From wearing them everyday, the armpit gets a ugly yellow stain. Any remedies??

Not sure if this should be under beauty and style category, lol.... but had to pick one.

  • A new shirt? In my personal experience (wore that same kind of uniform for years) the yellow never came out.

  • Thanks, I'll try the vinegar & peroxide. I don't think I'll mix amonia & bleach though.

  • I know lemon works perfect for rust stains, but you could try it on your shirts too... Good Luck!!

  • RobinChristine - I can, but it would be too hot in the summer. I work outside. I am a Crossing Guard. Thanks.

  • I think they have some sort of special detergent that gets that out. I usually have just pitch them out. My friend swears by this bar soap for landry that you rub on it before the wash it is cream and green wrapper.
